The Face Shop Real Nature Aloe Mask is supposed to sooth skin and offer softness and hydration. Face Shop mask’s have been a favorite of mine since I tried them for the first time in 2009. Since then, I’ve tried some other brands (that I love!) but I still buy Face Shop masks, too.
pH Level: 5.0
Mia’s review: I’m not sure I would purchase the Face Shop Aloe Sheet Mask again. I love that the pH level is on the acidic side (some of my favorite sheet masks have higher pH levels). BUT, I didn’t notice that it gave my face as much of a glow as some other sheet masks I use. I also didn’t notice that my face felt very hydrated afterwords. It has alcohol in it and I think that to combat the drying effects that manufacturers usually add hydrating ingredients but not enough for me to notice in this mask. I did write this review several months ago and forgot to post it. It might be a better sheet mask to use in the summer.
On the other hand, I sent my best friend a bunch of these aloe masks and she wrote to me in July that she loves them and they “refresh, soften, and moisturize” her skin. We do have different skin types and her skin is a bit more on the oily side than mine. Or, it could be that this is a great mask to use during warm weather.
