I’ve been using the Davines Love Smoothing Conditioner for about five years. In general, I’m a fan of Davines products as you can see from this review, and this review, and this review. But this is the conditioner that I always go back to after trying something else.
In the past, I’ve used Kerastase hair masks as conditioners so I thought I should try one of their actual conditioners. I am a big fan of their hair mask for color-treated hair (although mine isn’t) but they recently reformulated it and I wasn’t sure I’d like the new formula. I chatted with a Kerastase representative and asked which conditioner would make my hair feel soft and they recommended Fondant Fluidealiste from their Discipline line.
I try to test every product I come across and tweet the pH level so that I don’t re-test it later or spend time googling for the pH level. Below is a list of the products that I’ve tested with a pH of 6.5 or higher. A haphazard list for now just to get the information out there.
And if you found this post via a google search and are interested in finding low pH level products, please visit this page.
I’ve been using Davines Naturaltech Nourishing Vegetarian Miracle Conditioner as my every day conditioner for a little over 2 months. It is what I’ll be using unless I happen to find something better.
